A message dated May 11, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 128(L&C)(efd add) with the following amendment and it is                                       
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 128(FIN)                                                   
     "An Act relating to the required approval of the commissioner of                               
     labor and workforce development for the employment of certain                                  
     minors; and providing for an effective date."
